The UK Government offers individuals suffering from long term illness, disability or are chronically ill VAT relief on mobility products. This simply means that VAT is not charged on these products. Not all products on our website qualify for VAT exemption. All prices listed on website indicate whether VAT is included or not.

Am I eligible?

You or the persons you are purchasing the products for must meet the following 2 criteria

• Chronically ill, physical or mental impairment or disabled
• The product must be used for personal or domestic use; not business.

How do I claim the VAT relief?
