RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We at RiverTree Health Store make all effort to ensure that we bring you the best products on the market and employ every effort to guarantee that the products reach you in excellent condition. If for whatever reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy for you to return the items you ordered and have your money refunded. We have endeavoured to make our return policy as simple and straight forward as possible. Please see below for details –

Order Cancellation

Undispatched Orders

We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, if your order has not be dispatched and you would like to cancel the order, please contact us on 0203 488 0930 as soon as you can. Your order will be cancelled and your refund processed straight away.

Dispatched Orders

If we have dispatched your order. You will have to accept the order and use our returns procedure detailed below to return the item(s) to us. Please contact us as soon as you can on 0203 488 0930.

Returning an Item

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. After this period we cannot accept any returns. To ensure you receive a full refund, the item(s) must be returned complete, unused, in an undamaged state and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item(s) are not returned in their original condition or damaged. We also reserve the right to charge for the repair, repackaging or replacement of the item(s). We will not refund the delivery cost of getting the item(s) to you or returning the item(s) back to us.

Order Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the item(s) you ordered for other item(s) on our website. Please arrange a return and place a new order for the item(s) you desire.

Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Item(s)

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns on item(s) that are made-to-order or bespoke. This item(s) are specially designed or configured to meet the individuals’ needs which may not be to suitable for other customers.

Your Legal Responsibility

It is your legal responsibility to ensure all item(s) are kept in good condition (e.g. keeping any hygiene seals and clear plastic wrappings in place) while in your possession and during transit during returns until it get back to our offices.

Refunds

Once your return item(s) are received, our staff will inspect the item(s) to ensure it meets are returns policy. If all test are met, your refund will be processed. We will process the refunded to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to be processed depends on the payment method. Credit Card payments can take up to 7 working days to show on your statement. Paypal returns can take up to 3days.
